Convergence

Convergence is a film that I wrote, co-directed, co-edited, and starred in. This video is a snippet of the film and it showscases my range as an artist. This is a story about a woman, Lucy, who lost her best friend Jack in a car accident. It has been one year since his death and Lucy is still dwelling on the loss of Jack because ultimately it was her fault.

This part of the film reveals a person struggling to move forward, crippled with guilt, finding solace within her dance with darkness. This force is determined to bring her down at all costs. However, her old friend Jack comes back to give her a helping hand to move forward.

The movie plays on the idea of Heaven and Hell, and how humans often times have this dynamic of light and darkness fighting within their core. In essence, my film is about intertwining the grace and the suffering we experience in life, in order to move forward, grow as people, and live in the light.
